went there this evening ordered my food, a chicken bacon ranch just sandwich and a Turkey BLT just sandwich with pretzel sticks and a medium ice cream cone, they had me pull to the outer lane and there was a car in front of me and in the outer lane and 3 cars in the actually lane by the drive thru window. Food was fine once I got it. It took 24 minutes (for a chicken sandwich combo.)from the time I ordered it to finally get it. There were four counter people working. Food was piling up in the window but no one was getting it. There were three of us waiting for orders.
No one seemed organized. The one gentleman that had been waiting before me said it is always like that.

I ordered on the DQ appt and went to pick up my order. After standing in line for over twenty minutes, the order was not ready. I showed them the receipt on my smartphone. The people working did not care. I called the manager once I got home, and she hung up on me while blaming everything on DQ corporate office. Poor service, refused to give me a phone number and someone to call about the problems. I would not recommend this place to eat, unless you can wait days for food...read full review
