R & M Top Level Dining Room offers an exceptional dining experience. The steak is described as one of the best, and the atmosphere is magnificent. The homemade chili is praised as very unique and yummy. While the slaw was deemed a bit dry, the sloppy Joe special and fries were great. The restaurant is under new management and ownership, with a polite and courteous waitstaff.
