Just grubhubed in beef brisket. (Ive been to your restaurant. My daughters wedding was catered by your store) to the white farm. Its inedible. I've never had such bad brisket. Tough dry chewy. Hope this is not the norm when using a food delivery service.

One of our go tos. Last night was a little bit of a let down. My sister and fiancé had catfish and gator - not terrible, the greens were good but the lobster mac and cheese just didn't have much going on for it and minimal lobster.
I had a seafood boil with shrimp, crab legs, potatoes, corn and eggs. The shrimp was delicious, crab legs weren't too bad except it seemed like I didn't the full pound and many shells were empty or minimal meat 🥺. The corn was mushy and the eggs tasted like they had been pickled.
My dessert (chocolate cake) tasted like it had some seafood boil juices spilled on it. It had a strange taste.
I just left rather disappointed this visit 💔 hopefully my next visit is better as this is one of my usual favorites, and I am willing to pay for the usual quality but last night wasn't it.

BarBQ AND Seafood. Need I say more. Food, great - only thing, I messed with the sauce but that's me. Staff, great. Atmosphere, go next door. It's 1000% better than Calumet, you're here for the food!

Captain Porky’s Man, the food was fire! I’ve never been to a setup that mixes BBQ and seafood like this before, everything hit perfectly. That Cajun chicken and catfish? Off the chain! No complaints, all praise. I think I just found a new addiction.
Ordered an alligator po-boy with fries for pickup on October 31, 2025. Received everything except the alligator in the sandwich. We called and they offered us a refund for just that sandwich. Pretty bummed that they didn't offer to just drive one right back out to us right away.
On our way into Wisconsin, Captain Porky's looked like a great stop, and the wonderful smell sealed the deal. Upon entering, there were a lot of people standing around waiting, and with no real direction as to what to do. Was there a waitress? Do you order then seat yourself?
The pot pie was the best thing we had. Large portions of meat and vegetables. The potatoes were cooked properly with melted butter. The ribs were rubbery and lacked taste and texture. For what we got, the prices were high, and it wasn't a great value. They had some great looking hats and shirts, but why pay more for a place that you hope to forget.

Saw this on the road up to Milwaukee. Thought it looked good due to being “seafood” focused. On the way back down to Chicago Suburbs we stopped here. Sooo good. Lots of people were going to the restaurant next door. It is a “normal restaurant”. Captain Porky’s you order at the front and then they bring your food to you; by calling out your name. We ordered Halibut with rice for my husband. For myself Lamb with greek potatoes and sautéed vegetables. Afterward a oreo cheesecake. Such a delicious satisfying meal 🍽️. Cant wait to go back!

Everything tasted like it was pickled (heavy on the vinegar) including the potatoes and gumbo. The crab cake was breading with a splash of crab. It seems to be a favorite, but as a Southerner in the Modwest, it made me miss the South all the more.
