“This is one of the best Dunkins that I have ever gone to, and I am also from Boston, so that is saying a lot. The service was outstanding. The food was delicious. The drinks were phenomenal as well. I am just at a loss for words after this experience. Phenomenal!

“Drinks are usually good. Food is always lacking. Hashbrowns have been a half serving multiple times and the bacon/egg/cheese Wake Up Wrap was so small it shouldn't even be considered a snack.
I would not recommend buying any food item except the donuts which have consistently been great. The Wake Up Wrap is $3 and probably weighs less than an ice cube.
What I do now is get my drinks from Dunkin and get my food across the street. Both drive thru's are fast!“

“Hi, The best donuts anywhere. They are working and baking at 2:00 each morn, so you can have fresh donuts in the morning. Best Chocolate frosting ever; little secret, freshly made. They try hard to please everyone.“

He was so proud to have designed a donut (which was actually just the cookies and cream option from the menu) but he watched them make it and decorate it and then showed it to everyone he passed. “I come here because they do pour-overs. Really Good pour-overs. (If they're busy, multi-tasking staff may miss the correcting timing so the extractions are suboptimal and may alter the taste in the negative.) But still a great coffee - I'm nitpicking.

I enjoy this more than the other places in Libertyville because the barista's really know their products - every one I've talked with has been able to discuss each coffee with knowledge that helps me learn. And oh so friendly, nice people who work there.

Pastry choices are limited, so-so in taste, and too sugary for me (donuts, muffins) They could use some nice croissants, chocolate croissants, morning buns, etc. If they partnered with Hewn Bakery it would be perfect. (I will often get coffee to go, and bring my own Hewn to eat outside at the benches.)“

“I had a $5.00 gift card that I had been given years ago and I decided it was time to use it! I took my mother there, we got two donuts and after 11:00, (which it just happened to be) you get a free donut! Our total bill for three donuts and a cup of coffee was $2.89!

“I went to the store today about 230 place was packed and counter was busy I ordered a cappuccino blast and I wish I got the kids name that made it but he was young and so polite I asked nicely please make sure it's blended and he said no problem first one he put to much ice so before he served it to me he started over and I tell you what it was the best one I ever drank he said sorry for the wait but he nailed it and I was so proud of this kid I wanted to share thanks again cause I treat myself once a month from my diet and it was so worth it“
