Extremely slow service at this location, food is not fresh and they do not honor coupons. Their customer service is poor! Would not recommend this location- go elsewhere!
We ordered fish filet sandwiches and 1 was old and dry, the other 2 were undercooked and my nieces cheese burger was old. I took the food back and the manager ''Victor'' caught an attitude with me, he didn't apologize or anything (and he actually fixed the order). The only words he said was where's the toy and fries for the happy meal? ..! will never eat here Again!
Stopped for a couple vanilla shakes after great America. They were like water. Not thick at all.

The young men in the Drive-Thru were cordial, made eye contact, and worked efficiently. Although the long line seemed daunting at first, they kept it moving smoothly. The only downside was the drinks, as the Coca-Cola was flat and the ice melted, making the cups sweaty. The Caramel Macchiato also looked too light on top and was overly sweet. However, the sandwiches were made to order, and the hash browns were cooked just right, not too greasy.
The parking lot is well-situated, with plenty of spots and easy access to the nearby roads. Even with a trailer, there is ample space along the outer border.
