The past and last 2 times I’ve been there took them 5min to answer the drive thru with not a single other customer there then instantly just gives me attitude out of no where BOTH TIMES.

Sold us senior coffee for over a year straight and all of a sudden they couldn’t sell us no more.they need to do there job and not sell it a 41 year old if it was a problem in the first place.unorganized and jus rude.locally own acting like they can control there workers

Stopped by here tonight and I really wished I would have kept my money! The fries were old, the fish sandwich was terrible too bad they don’t have an option to select zero stars! I see why their ratings are so low smh

Extremely slow service at this location, food is not fresh and they do not honor coupons. Their customer service is poor! Would not recommend this location- go elsewhere!

I stopped here driving through town with my brother and boyfriend, we all agreed this was the best mcdonalds we'd ever had. seriously so fresh tasting. the burgers, and a mcchicken which was seriously amazing. my boyfriend thought the fries were just maybe a little stale but I didn't notice. service wasnt anything crazy, they got us through fast and our food was correct so I don't mind that they didn't say much.
The young men in Drive Thru were cordial, made eye contact, and efficiently working. At first, the long line seemed daunting, to our timeline, but they got it moving smoothly. The only down side that made breakfast difficult and our road trip a little less enjoyable: the drinks. Coca~cola was flat, like it had been sitting way to long. The ice melts and cup was sweaty... Neither one of the drinks had a sticker to tell me when it was made. My Carmel Macchiato was made probably correctly, but again, a bit ago... looked way too light on top and I don't appreciate all the sweetness at the bottom. (Nope, I don't use the straw. Any suggestions?) Our sandwiches were made to order. And Mama, "liked them hash browns... Just right, not too greasy like the busy McDonald's by church..." Fellows, thanks for being polite and efficient. We'll come back, on our way home.
Parking: Drive thru is wrapped around the Graham's BP & McDonald's, well enough away from car wash and other retail. Plenty of parking, at least 20 spots and easy access to Route 41 & Wadsworth Road, despite Newport Rescue & Sheriff responding to an accident nearby, one of the entrances. With trailer, parking might be a long outer border.
I had a bad flat , made it to McDonald’s lot, it was very hot, im a senior traveling with dogs. I could not get tire off and young man who I believe was the manager did everything he could to assist me - reawakened my faith in fellow man

stopped by yesterday, everyone who ate there now has food poisoning. got fries, nuggets, a spicy chicken sandwich and a cheeseburger. luckily i threw mine out after 3 bites bc something wasn’t right, the others were not so fortunate.
