Made reservations regardless of some very bad reviews I read. I am very happy to report that we did not experience any poor service or food. Service was very good and the food was excellent. I had the beer batter cod, asparagus and lobster bisque. Prices were reasonable. Will definitely go back!

The Cod had little flavor and the Lobster Bisque was awful. Waitress spent her time talking to the customers at another table, had to grab two other waiters to get service after our main food came out.

Busy, but adequate staffing. Somehow our table was completely overlooked by the staff for the first 20 minutes after we were seated and AFTER our waitress introduced herself. We received apologies after they discovered their error, but the service never improved. My daughter had to remind staff to bring her side after her entree was delivered. Our waitress walked past our table at least 10 times before she stopped to ask how everything was. She had to be reminded that my side was also missing. In all this I watched other tables receive their food and drinks while our waitress walked by as if we weren't there. The food was good and there was a manager that was very helpful with menu suggestions. Maybe she could train the waitress that was assigned to our table. Will not be back.

The restaurant was not crowded, so the noise level was good. The service was average and the food was not as good as expected based on the price. They also got part of the order wrong.

Our first time here. It was ok. Waiter was very nice as were bartenders. Food was ok. My salad was just a wedge of iceberg with ranch. No other veggies. Lobster a tad over cooked. Steak ordered medium-rare came out medium. Not deal breakers, we would give it another chance for sure.

Chose the Inn based on recommendations and will definitely go there again based on our experience. The service was fabulous, the menu varied and all items our party chose were delicious.

Food great, as always! Server very good as well. If she had the support of the bus staff would have been even better. Even though it was a slower night the bus staff should be clearing dishes, filling water instead of congregating at the podium talking.

We had a lovely dinner to celebrate my birthday. We were not rushed. Cocktails a nice pour. Toni was great. Food was very good. We loved the wedge salad. We liked the rustic environment and the ability to talk across the table. It was a Tuesday so may have been slower than usual. I would recommend to all my friends.

Second time here, food is fantastic. Bartender was the only server ,but she did a wonderful job. Crab cakes are perfect! Prime rib and brisket sandwiches were delicious. Large wine pours. Cozy spot to warm up this Winter.

I had the Veal Picatti, and it was super delicious. I first had a Wedge Salad which was also delicious!!! Our server was very attentive, and we happened to go on a night with Entertainment (Jane and Grandson) which was a perfect gig. It was the Holidays so she played/sang both Christmas and Secular songs which were a perfect selection!! Her extended family joined her for a few numbers as well which was so fun. The bar room is perfect if you want to have dinner and entertainment.
Waited 45 minutes until someone came to our table . We were told 3 times after asking that someone would be with us . Waitress was condescending and my husband ordered a Guinness beer and she opened the can and put the can in front of them. No glass when we asked her can we have a glass she looked at us like we were bothering her . I'm really sad cause I really love the Shanty and I couldn't wait until this one opened but I will not be going back . All same one had to do is stop by our table and  acknowledge us .

After waiting 20 minutes to be acknowledged we flagged down a busboy to have someone take our drink order Bus Boy returned with bread No water No waitress. 10 minutes later we flagged down a waiter where she took our drink and dinner order. Food came fast A few wanted ketchup at our table of 4 took 10 minutes to have someone bring ketchup. Our waiter NEVER checked in. Service was terrible. I ordered the prime rib sandwich. I requested no horseradish, guess what there was horseradish. And the meat was over cooked and hard. We had a reservation. If they do not have appropriate staff don't accept reservations.
Lots of meat on Lobster roll but flavor and presentation lacing. Wanted to pick it up. It was served open face on an over sized plate alone. Very crouded table because of our enormous plates. Side spinach outstanding. Bisque outstanding. Bread outstanding. Service outstanding. Would have given perfect rating if not for the lobster roll which is why we came. We will be back to try other items.

We had an amazing meal at Wadsworth Inn. I got the blackened Ahi tuna and my husband got the fish fry. Both were amazing and I'd highly recommend going. We will be back! Our server was very sweet and attentive too.

First experience here, definitely a great place for a chilly Fall evening. Food portions are generous and served hot. Crab cakes were delicious, great remoulade! Filet sliders were perfectly cooked, pork chop was delicious, but fried egg was unnecessary, flavor was great without it. Lobster bisque was also wonderful but more of a cream soup. We will definitely be back
