I was there a month or two ago, and I witnessed unacceptable behavior from one of the staff members. Since then my mom has gone in to pick up food because I refuse to go back and when she has, she has experienced similar behavior by who we have now concluded, is the same person. He is tall, heavier, set, blonde and we think his name is Jake. I can’t believe that he is still working at that establishment, and it says a lot about the standards that they have at that location....read full review
I *would* recommend them, except for the horrible drive thru service.
They consistently screw up the order, and their only solution to fix their error is to tell you to drive back around and reorder.
Yeah, let me get right on that, so the rest of my family's food can get colder/dessert can melt faster, just so you can fix something...maybe.
We placed a large order online only to have it cancelled because the restaurant closed early. No big deal. I understand the staffing shortage. My issue is that my debit card was charged and 5 days later I still don’t have a refund. When I called and talked to the owner I was told a refund was given and there was nothing he could do. I had to wait. It wouldn’t be a big deal if it was a small amount but it’s $50 I’m now out for almost a week! I do not feel comfortable ordering...read full review
