Main Event Warrenville Reviews
Do not purchase a season pass for this location. They will continue to move you to the end of the queue until you give up after hours of waiting. Their seasonal pass is kind of a joke and a tool to grab free money. Staff is also not helpful. I requested a refund and the operations manager gave me contact information of the general manager who never answered my calls. Very disappointing experience. They just care about how they can grab your money, not about their customers. There...read full review

Main Event Warrenville is a mixed establishment that caters to various occasions. While some find it disappointing due to long wait times and unhelpful staff, others enjoy the less crowded weekdays for casual gatherings. The service during a birthday party for children left much to be desired, with a host who seemed annoyed. Despite these drawbacks, the arcade games, bowling, and pizza were highlights for the party of 20 children. Overall, the experience seems to vary depending on the purpose of the visit - a casual weekday hangout might be more enjoyable than a planned event. With better customer service and more attentive staff, Main Event Warrenville could potentially offer a more positive experience for its guests.
The green beans and brussels sprouts could be a little softer, and they were served buffet-style. The loaded mashed potatoes were yummy. During a work event, the establishment shut down at 10:05 PM, even though it was scheduled for 6-9 PM. Guests had an unlimited arcade card and a $20 cash card, but regretted not using all of the $20 on the photo booth before the early closure. The gravity maze was fun, and having a couple of drinks added to the overall enjoyment.
For a daughter's 11th birthday party, the host, Ashley, was super amazing and took care of 17 girls without a hitch. Charles also helped with little touches, and the group had a great experience. The dining experience was great, with surprisingly good pizza and great drinks. The kids enjoyed the gaming area, although more than a few games were broken. The middle-tier game card was worth the money.
