I went there today, because I saw online all the places providing free or discounted food for teacher appreciate week. The cashier was very rude, and didn't even attempt to honor the deal when I received the same deal last year... Won't be back to this location. Very disappointed!
You were out of potato salad ! All the tables not seated at were dirty ! When asked for it to be cleaned off they gave us a towel to wipe it ourselves! The floor needed to be swept !
I love potbellys. But this one has horrible customer service. I understand lunch time rush but come on.
