We visited this restaurant with one more couple. Had different South Indian and Punjabi dishes. All of them were delicious, service was timely and professional.

Ordered south Indian food but not upto par with the old sankalp taste.
Ordered these items
Vada - too small
Spring dosa- bunch of cabbage (no beet) no taste of indo Chinese
Uttapam- (5 small uttapam like pancakes for kids) and not enough veggie and taste was bland.

Seeing good reviews we visited. Indo Chinese was good. Hakka noodles , schezwan paneer all good.
Chole bhatura was not good at all, chole were not authentic and the bhatura was just a fried tortilla. We did give feedback to manager and he kindly apologized.
My suggestion is that is you are ordering then ask for how they prep it to know what you will get.

I waited until we ate here a few times (very easy to crave after one visit) to write a review as I wanted to see how repeatable the food quality and service is. I will say that it's very reliable and the food is high quality and consistent. Manas was our server 2 out of 3 visits, and he, along with the other server this evening, were exceptional and attentive. I had the goat curry and once again was excellent. I came here the first time with my Indian friend and he's very, very picky when it comes to food so it's no surprise why he gave it so much praise. Anyway, I highly recommend Sankalp and am confident anything you order will be top. Will be visiting again very soon!

I recently visited Sankalp Indian restaurant and ordered a vegetarian dish and a chicken soup as a taste test which by the way is zabiha halal anyways, although I was interested in trying the goat curry, I decided to hold off on that for now.
I am glad to say that I enjoyed the taste of the food I ordered.
Manas, our server, was attentive and checked in to make sure everything was to my liking, which I really appreciated
Good CUSTOMER SERVICE seems rare these days. Overall, both the food & the service were excellent, and I’ll definitely recommend Sankalp to frds&families for the quality of both.

Top notch restaurant serving traditional as well as non traditional food at a value price.

We had the vegetarian dishes: manchow soup, the masala dosa, and the rasam idla.
But they also have non vegetarian dishes including indo Chinese food.

We also tried their 4 feet dosa. 4 of us couldn’t finish it all.

Highly recommended.
