I highly recommend Preserve at Cantera -Warrenville, IL for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-maintained, and convenient living space. My experience has been nothing short of positive. The property management team is responsive and professional. They are quick to address any maintenance issues or concerns, and they really make you feel like a valued resident.
Zero regard for tenants day to day life and safety. On multiple occasions, third party contractors were given keys to enter our unit without or permission or without any notice while my wife was home alone AFTER the office told us it would not happen again. Multiple maintenance requests closed out without being fixed. Shame on you, Mandy LauLetta, for sending me the following response to my review of Preserve at Cantera. It is a known fact that apartment complexes in Warrenville have sewer gases permeating the apartments due to not properly flushing the water heaters due to Warrenville’s well water. Additionally, the gentleman that showed me the apartments confirmed the fact that sewer gases are prevalent at Preserve at Cantera.
