Arby’s in Sunnyland/Washington is the best one in the Peoria area for sure. Every time I come here they are friendly and efficient. Janessa is always very kind and friendly. My food is always fresh and hot. Never have I had a bad experience from here. Would recommend this one over all the other Arby’s around here. Please give the staff a proper credit for their hard work.
Fantastic! I love the turkey bacon ranch sandwich and HAVE to have my jalapeño poppers! The manager Tamera is always helpful, smiling, and has great customer service. I have never had any problems or issues with any of the staff there and they absolutely support law enforcement. Best Arby's I have ever been in by far!

Arby's is a convenient location inside a gas station that attracts many people. The drive-thru workers are always kind, providing good service. The restaurant is clean, and the staff is friendly and attentive. One customer had an excellent experience with a particularly friendly and patient staff member. He recommended a better deal on the classic roast beef, showing great customer service. Another customer enjoyed the new Philly sandwich, which was flavorful and well-sized, although the price was a bit high. The restaurant and restrooms were clean. While some customers noted that the cooking area needed attention, they still found the fries to be hot and good. Although prices may be considered high, especially for specialty drinks, the food quality makes it a worthwhile treat every once in a while.
