Pizza is good. Decent amount of toppings. Staff was not very friendly. I asked about extra pepperocinis and he said he could add some extra. I asked if he wouldn't mind. Then I watched as he checked my pizzas and didn't give any additional pepperocinis. I don't mind if they can't just put more in but why say it if you're not going to do it.
We had a great experience with the Washington Papa John’s for my son’s graduation party this weekend! We ordered 12 pizzas, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish.
I originally scheduled the order for 5:00 through the website, then later called and asked if it could be changed to 3:00. They were very accommodating and made the change with no issues. The pizzas arrived right on time, hot, fresh, and tasted great.

Ordered 2 pizzas and cheese sticks for delivery. Was disappointed to find out door dash was delivering our food instead of papa John's. Of course our food took a hour to get delivered when we are about 5 mins from the store. Online said delivering in 20-30 mins but door dash double dashed on us delaying our delivery. Yes this is door dashes fault but ultimately papa John's should be using their own driver's.

Papa John's Pizza offers excellent food with timely delivery, thanks to friendly and cheerful staff like Nicole. The Garlic/parm breadsticks are a standout favorite. The service is a highlight, with good communication from the staff, who go above and beyond to ensure a positive experience. However, the ordering process can be challenging, especially for international orders. Despite this, the location itself is nice, with pleasant staff waiting on customers.
