“The only thing I think that could have been better with our experience is the wait at the cashier/counter. There was a lengthy line, and there were others on staff that could have helped. This would have sped things up a little. The young lady who was taking orders did her best and was very professional and kind.“

“Typically great service at the drive through. Last time it took a bit longer to get acknowledged at the drive through, maybe one car ahead of us. About 8 at night. Pulled to the window and 4 team members were standing there chatting. They seemed young , so I get it. Food came out correct and timely after that.“

Not only was my food hot fast and delicious the manger Chrissy who took my order provided me with I would say was hands down the best customer service experience I have ever had at any establishment Ive ever been too . So not only was my food hot and delicious and fresh I enjoyed my dining experience just all around because of her. Its incredibly hard to get good customer service anywhere you go these days so I wanted whoever to know how amazing this lady was . I will definitely be returning to this location because of her. “First time visit,Over all the food was average. For the price below average. I had the Bluegill with Au gratin potatoes and green beans with Iced-tea. MY review: the Bluegill was deep-fat fried too long which made it dry and crunchy. Their tartar sauce made it edible. Now as for the Au gratin potatoes, very cheap and cheesy. Whomever, makes this need a lesson in really good Au Gratin Potatoes. Their version is frozen shredded breakfast hashbrown potatoes smothered in a velveeta cheese sauce and placed under a broiler. Mine was a little burnt. I could not eat it, I tried 2 bites but that was it. My guest also tried it and was not impressed. The green were the best part of the meal. My guest had the Walleye and it was very good, same with his rice pilaf. His meal also came with a slice of toasted marble-rye bread. His meal was better. Our ice tea's were watered down by too much ice. No one offered refill/toppers. Our split dessert was their Texas sheet cake. It was an overpriced brownie with bad frosting/glaze. Our server was sweet, so she still got her tip. We traveled approximately 30 miles to check this place out. I don't feel it is worth the drive to eat there again.“

“Visited Germantown Grille for the first time today. My husband and I like to take little road trips for lunch on Fridays. Your lunch did not disappoint, the Dixon Cod sandwich was delicious and the haystack oh my. Half is for supper tonight. We will be back, I give you a 10.“

“I am 62 had never been inside a Culver's. Visited on November, 7th 2024. The menu option was wonderful, the service fast. Employees were very professional. The facility was spotless, even though there was a lunch crowd. The food was freshly made and to my surprise, hot. It wasn't lukewarm nor just microwaved. I don't usually do fast food, but will visit Culver's before the other fast food options. Pleasantly surprised!!“
