I had a craving for Imos and usually they don't disappoint but this time, I feel let down. I had an order placed for pickup for 5:15. I did get there a few minutes early and was told it would be another 10 minutes of waiting in my car with the heat index at 115 for the day. I had ice cream in the car that was pretty melted when I got home. They didn't say sorry or anything. When I got home and begun to plate everything for my family I noticed that the pizzas were overdone and that there was barely any cheese which is rare for Imo's. Most of the pizzas had sauce showing and the cheese that were on the pizzas looked and tasted overdone. Pretty disappointed this time guys.

I am updating this Review. My previous review was one star on each one after having the same sandwich completely butchered twice in one week and no, I did not ask for a refund either time. But today I decided I really wanted the sandwich. I didn't want to drive to a different town to get it so I ordered it and let me tell you I am so pleasantly surprised not only did they make it correctly, but they even gave me extra sauce and pepperoncini'a on the side and that was not necessary. It was not something that was paid for so I appreciate that 100% I don't know who it was at the window. He was kind respectful and whoever made the food obviously time and was also thoughtful about it so I am updating this review because I am pleasantly surprised with, how the service was today and unless something happens will stay the way it is. ☺️

Popped in as a result of a Google search. Just not a fan. It seemed like everything coming from the kitchen missed that magical window on proper cooking times and sadly was over done. Passing thru so l won't be back.

More times than not, my food is over done. Very scarce with the cheese on the pizzas, but I found if I ask for cheese all the way to the crust it’s not bad. They use more sauce than Columbia’s location.
Kind of disappointed. My husband may not have ordered correctly. However way too much sauce! And his ordering meant half and half and ended up with alot of toppings we didn't want! Cheese garlic bread was good!

Once again, I am very disappointed with the service. Ordered garlic bread to go and watched as others who came in after me get their orders of cheese bread before me. Waited 20 minutes. The food is usually great, but the attention to details is horrible. They almost always get something wrong on the order.
