The food had definitely gotten worse over the past few years. Seems like it's ran by mostly high-school kids. Drive thru takes forever most of the time and fries are ALWAYS old and cold even when requested made fresh.

Here we are in the middle of a week on a Tuesday night 8:25 p.m. Three patrons are in the lobby and they put a handwritten note on the door lock the door saying lobby closed understaffed. This is utterly ridiculous. You are a corporation a multi-million dollar corporation

Terrible as always it seems. They are never going to improve and the prices just keep climbing. McDonald's used to be the go to for cheap. At the point of costing as much as any other fast food why bother?

Great employees here. Food is always fresh. Only complaint is sometimes the outside speaker person doesn't react quick enough.. UPDATE: We ordered breakfast on the app, got there @ 10:28 was given a receipt and drinks then told we were too late for the food. My husband said why didn't they tell me that at the speaker or when they gave me a receipt? The boy at the window said well we can't turn the grill on just for you. So my husband went inside, the female MANAGER (who wouldn't give my husband her name) mumbled under her breath I'm so sick of rude customers. A lady next to my husband said it wasn't him it was the manager being rude. Then the regional manager came out and was nice. But we got our money back and no food. I think these people need a lesson in Customer service.

It is typically a good expirence going to this McDonald’s since the one in my hometown isn’t best however some of the drive thru employees can be very rude. Just today we were sighed and told that we need to speak up instead of just asking us to repeat what we said. Normally it isn’t like this here but here lately it’s been something else.

All staff are very good except one lady she was rude on drive thru I was making payment. With her and she was arguingwith me ...she is small highted. I do not know her name you need to replace her she do not know how to behave your customers..
