The food was good but they definitely served the drive thru before the people who walked in. The wait was definitely longer than it should have been.

I don’t remember his name but I do remember his tag saying shift manager. I don’t come to steak and shakes often do to a bad experience about 6 years ago. But this particular individual made me want to start eating at steak and shakes again. He made me the most amazing chocolate banana shake. Thanks again for the great service great food and the super great shake ❤️🫶🏼

Ordered chili from there as I have for years ,and the chili was really bad tasting. They must have changed something in it because i had to throw it out. Will not purchase any in the future.

I just had the worst drive thru meal ever. My burger was barely warm, and my chocolate shake was definitely not chocolate, it was maybe chocolate and strawberry and something else - disgusting. I had to throw them both out. I am so disappointed in this restaurant.
It was the wateska location. Great food, friendly service and a nice quick stop.

Went through the drive thru today and ordered chili Mac. I asked the employee at the window if there's utensils. And crackers, he says. Yes, we pulled away open the bag. No, utensils, no crackers, what do they expect us to eat it with. I went back and said no tonsils, no crackers. What am I going to get free. I just want a free milkshake for driving back. He said I'm not giving you anything."Very sarcastic to the customer. I would fire that Employee, if it was my employee, customer service is so hard to find these days.
