Somehow no longer serves buffalo chicken? How is that possible when all you need to make it is the buffalo sauce? That's incredibly silly to say that they don't make them anymore. Also requested grilled chicken and was given rotisserie even when my order specifically said no rotisserie. Overall, incredibly disappointed with Watseka Subway. Don't think I'll be visiting again anytime soon.

I stopped into this Subway a few weeks ago on my way through. This has to be the best Subway location I’ve ever been to. The staff were incredibly nice and it was overall a great experience. The manager was there that day and he made the whole experience great. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Just about Every time my wife stops by to get subs for dinner they seem to be out of meatballs and say it's to late to cook any even when closing time is six hours away when I know that's a lie because I know people who work for subway and have had this happen at subways in cook county all they have to do is defrost them in the microwave and heat them and put in the sauce takes about 5 minutes but yet the watseka subway tells my wife it takes all night to thaw out

I am and over the road driver as my wife looked me this time and we decided to get dinner to go on our way to motel and place it on.She asked for a little extra Mayonnaise on her sandwich.Or sandwich was completely saturated in Mayonnaise.I ordered Is an outlaw with double meat , no onions Yet , mine did not come with double me And it had onions on it and i'm allergic to onions When I called the store they're district manager guy named greg very rude called me Tony, they need.The sandwich is back.I am and over the road I was gone at 7 o'clock this morning and they were not open. No one answered the phone when I called by He told me one of the sandwiches back.So I called the motel.Don't pull him out of the trash , he won't Won't tell me whether he will accept them.This guy is an idiot I think I am done with the subway app in subway altogether they do not A s*** about customer service at all.All they care about is their money

Go next door to Berkots and make your own sandwich instead. Between the attitudes and food, this store has gone downhill. We will never go back.

Just not what it used to be, never enough staff, when you're dealing mostly with lunch meat and precooked food (which is what you expect when you eat subway) your staff has to be amazing because it all you got, one person working doesn't cut it. The staff in the past was friendly and personable now it's one person going through the motions, for the price I can go next door, get the stuff and make my own.

Used the App for 2 orders. Drove 20 miles one way. Both orders wrong. No cheese on either sandwich. Have proof on my phone and receipt. Not go there anytime soon. ????

The food is good and the staff is great. There was only one employee working when i went in and she was doing a great job to keep up with the long line. She gets 5 stars but management needs to hire more employees and schedule more people to be on the clock. No reason for one employee have to do it all by herself.
