I went in with my kids, the service was slow and the door tasted old and bad. I had crunchy rice in my cantina bowl like it had dried out. The steal tastes old The messed up my order forgot one of my drinks. They told me 10 minutes after ordering they were out of nacho fries and tired to get me to replace it with something else, like they have another $4 side to choose. It took forever to get out food. They don't even keep anyone up front and ignore you if you are at the front register. 0/10 obviously they are way too busy talking to cook food.

Zero Supervision
Do not come here between the hours of 6-9 at night. The young girls who work here are very disrespectful. Things we ordered didn’t make it on our order so we went inside to fix it and were mocked aswell as they were saying rude things where we could hear it. I used to love this tacobell but will not be coming here anymore during night shift.

Came through midday (2 30 ish), had to wait 30+ minutes for my food, when my food did eventually arrive parts of the order were wrong. Additionally during the time I had to wait the front person kept staring at me. I have some face blemishes and I'm aware I have an unappealing face but her constant staring made even me uncomfortable and I'm used to it. I'll be getting steak n shake from now on.

Red head girl with glasses was very rude and had an attitude. Tried telling us they didn’t have enough nacho fries for 1 large and 2 regulars said she only had enough for 2 regulars. But obviously we asked how long it would be and she got a bigger attitude and tried making “3 minutes” sound like a long wait. If I ask for something and you have it I’m obviously willing to wait for it. Then my mother asked where she should pull forward to and she gave a storied and not clear directions. The nacho fries we had to wait all were all put into the bag upside down and are definitely not fresh. Most definitely in no way are these fresh. Never had to or wanted to write a review on aboslutely anything but this is just annoying. Also asked for mild sauce and there is none in the bag so that’s great.

this is a great place for a quick bite. they have a wide variety of Mexican food. the staff is very friendly. also the customer service is great. I usually eat here a couple times a week. if there's an issue with your order they have no problem making it right. they go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy. it is always a wonderful experience when I visit this Taco Bell location. young lady named Cameron helped me with my order and she was very polite

This is literally the WORST Taco Bell I have ever been to. This location is always out of featured items on the menu. If you come here in the evenings be prepared to wait over 30 minutes and it’s not even busy. Food will be wrong and the kids working really don’t care.

Ordered at drive thru. The order on the screen was wrong. I informed the employee it was incorrect. Was told it would be right at the window. It wasn’t. Was told to pull around to complete the order. Waited 15 minutes longer behind one car. The employee was polite. Brought the food home and the quesadilla was one good bite the rest was chicken-less. There was no sauce in the bag. Grilled cheese burrito w steak was really good, will admit! Overall, if you’re short on staff, announce it at the speaker to set the right expectations. And confirm the order when the customer tells you the screen is not correct to avoid negative reviews in the future.
