My sister and I had ordered our food and it took them 30 minutes to get it to us. When we had finally gotten our food, they did not give us our drinks. We waited at the front for 25-ish minutes waiting for someone to help us. While we were waiting, many other customers were coming in to complain about getting the wrong items, getting someone else’s order, or getting one item when they had ordered multiple. The workers would look over at my sister and I, then would just look away. This one customer had been waiting for her two tacos for over 30 minutes and when she came up to the front a second time, the workers had ignored her. Once my sister and I had gotten help, they proceeded to tell us they were out of the Midnight Baja blast and we had to get a different drink. We ordered our food at the kiosk and it did not state it was out of order or just not sold there anymore. My sister and I were at taco-bell for almost an hour just waiting for food (that ended up being cold) and for our drinks. This was a waste of my time and money, and other peoples time and money.

Just a heads up for anyone traveling, this location is extremely slow. We placed a mobile order for pickup and checked in at the counter. They confirmed it and said they were starting on it. 45 minutes later they said they were still working on it and it was almost done. Another worker checked in and then started making the order. They were pleasant but kept ignoring us/our order. Likely won't be stopping here again due to slow service.

The worst Taco Bell I've been to. We have given them several chances and they always screw up our order. We end up waiting over 20 mins in the drive through on different ocasions. You can not get a hold of them because the number is disconnected. We will now drive 30 more mins out of our way if we want Taco Bell.

Food was made well, tastes like what you would expect.
Now, you have to order thru a kiosk with little to no interaction between employees and customers. Several tables were dirty and in the half hour I was there, they were not cleaned

Got two crunchwrap supremes and my tortilla was burnt on both of them not to mention the nacho fries i ordered were not made like the menu showed instead i got a fry with cheese sauce.

Multiple visits with 6+ guests over the course of 4 weeks. Horrible service. Forced to used a kiosk to order most times.
Every single order, every time; was wrong. Eventually corrected, but a huge waste of time.
Not recommended if you are in a hurry. Try drive thru.

Hours are 7am-2am we were in drive through to order breakfast at 8:30. Nobody answered, tried to go in to order, doors were locked so went through drive through again to be told we just opened at 8:45! It's always something with this location! Either change your posted hours or close for good! The inconsistencies of this location on when they want to be open to the public is ridiculous!

Do not go after sunset because they haven't lights out side you can see pictures it's been long time .. so be aware.. it should be very dark out side..
I went in today at 11:30 am to place my order #6 combo . The person behind me was a Dralle employee ordered 30 tacos and he got his order before me. I waited a total o 23 minutes to receive my order! Bad customer service!
