This would’ve been a three star review but for the fabulous service. Everything at Topper is perfectly adequate. Nothing spectacular but also nothing bad. Certainly a place we would return to. Consider sticking to the basics.

Food was a bit pricey for what it was. Felt bad for the server, it was a busy night and she was alone. There were football games on the TVs that were easy to watch and not so loud that conversations were difficult.

New favorite!! This restaurant/pub is wonderful...the interior esthetic is well-appointed, the food was a culinary party in my mouth, and our server, Penny, anticipated our every need and was very personable. If you're in Watseka area, you need to check out this eatery.
Stopped for some drinks and a snack. The loaded fries were great. Nice fresh ingredients. The beers pour nice out of the bottom fill tappers. Great beer on tap and in bottle. Can't wait to go back and eat dinner. All the food coming out looks amazing.

The food was good and place was nice but the customer service was lacking. The women who made my drinks was nice and professional but the man who took my order was kinda rude and kept asking us if we’d pay for our drinks and we already had and said it multiple times. Then their was a girl in a grey hoodie and blue jeans walking around stocking stuff. waking around mad looking making a bunch of noise to the point people where looking at her breaking down boxes aggressively and turning up the music louder and louder right in our ears. It was okay but wasn’t a very inviting experience for my friends and I.
