We had the use of Bliss from 1-5 on a Saturday when they are normally closed. We hosted a birthday party with 45 people attending, had it catered locally, and hired a 3 piece band playing amplified acoustic music. Owner Alex bartended and did a wonderful job. It’s a lovely and comfortable old building in a great location with an owner that has his head in a very good place. We give it an 11 out of 10. Thanks again Alex.

Really cozy, comfortable place. The house Cabernet was superb! 20 Acres. Luke/Lucas went beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and to introduce us to the 20 Acres Chardonnay which was also very good. The music started out way too loud as I was there to visit with someone I hadn’t seen in ages, but the volume lowered eventually which was really nice. I will definitely be back. Luke sold me. ☺️

No, they aren't a big bar like in Cheers, they are a local wine bar with a wide variety of wines for every budget. And the owner, Alex takes the time to connect with each of the patrons and quick to make a recommendation of a wine you will like. It's not fancy but you will feel welcome for sure. They will have live music from time to time and if you join the Wine Club you will get to experience a variety of unique wines that you wont find at the big wine stores. My wife and I love this place.

Awesome wine bar with fantastic live music several nights of the week!Alex and the crew do a great job pouring a good variety of wines along with some beers and standard cocktails. Since it's right downtown Wauconda, there are plenty of food options nearby.There's also a good wine club membership that offers monthly wine selections and access to special events.Love this place.
