Every time I go to this location the food is fresh and the staff is so friendly and fast. You can tell that there’s a huge passion for perfection from the general manager. She goes up and above to ensure that her store is clean, her food is excellent and her service is implacable.

This is the only Burger King that I will go to because of the customer service is excellent. The food is fresh. Every time I walk in there’s always a smell in everybody’s face they know customers by the first name. Ashley and Patty are very great with customer service and always greeting people with a smile. I will not trade this place for another one. Keep up the great work.

I don't usually give a review on fast food places because I understand that depending on the time and how busy it is things can sometimes be inconsistent. However, I have lived in Wauconda for 35 years and only 1 time in 35 years have I gotten a hot meal from this particular Burger King! ONCE! I have even asked for it to be "hot off the grill". I live 4 blocks from this location. My husband will want an original chicken sandwich so I will cave about twice a year after swearing to never come back and it is NEVER ever even warm. The fries are always cold. I always get hot food at any other BK location just not here. Please try to do better.

Scamming me out of my money. I used to come here daily for my breakfast and I would round up for 2 chocolate chip cookies. They started forgetting the cookies when I would round up and I walked in this morning and told the woman they keep forgetting them. She tells me it’s either or. One of the Hispanic ladies in the drive through would always give them to me when I would round up. Lost a customer! The manager is rude.

Wanted just the Impossible Patties. They said no, citing "policy." Crystal Lake location has no issues. This place? Stuck in the past. Burger King? More like Burger Sting(y). Avoid if you like common sense with your meal.
