I bought a bag of Dilly Bars to take home so we could enjoy once in a while. This is the second bags we’ve bought where the ice cream option doesn’t wrap around the back of the stick effectively within three or four bite the whole thing falls of the stick. The chocolate coating is very thin as well as the actual ice cream portion is much less than in the past. Not sure I’m gonna go back it starts getting expensive for less !

I have stop there several times this summer for a small ice-cream cone and a blueberry raspberry misty and have enjoyed it. Since my drive is a 20 min drive +, I scraped the top of the ice-cream cone into cup . I eat the remaining ice cream & cone. Once I arrive to my destination I mix the misty with my ice-cream. All good. However. Yesterday was different. The taste was off. The texture was like I was eating whipped cream. It was foamy. The ice-cream in my cup kept t's shape for 20 - 25 minutes. It did not melt. I left it overnight since i worked overnight. When i got into my car this morning i looked into the cup and it foam. It never melted. I have a video and pictures.

I ordered the new mixing bowl mashup and was very excited to try it but was so disappointed. It was like 30 min before closing, which shouldn't matter, and was rushed through the drive through and got to the window to pay and receive my ice cream and she handed me the blizzard and it wasn't even the same color as the picture. I asked her is this the one I ordered, she said yes you probably just have to stir it. It was plain vanilla on top and some chocolate ice cream and pieces I saw towards middle and bottom. But no where near the color it was supposed to be and tasted like plain vanilla. The three girls working there all gave me very judging looks as I questioned my ice cream, very unprofessional. I won't come back to this location and not sure of DQ at all anymore. Used to be so happy with DQ.

I bought a Peanut buster parfait yesterday. I started to eat it and the melted ice cream tasted like saltwater. I also noticed at the bottom of the cup there was about a half inch of peanut skins which would account for the salt. I drove back to return it to the store and the employee said that they would make another for me but without nuts because I had eaten some of it. That makes no sense. I couldn’t taste the salt until the ice cream melted.

The local DQ deserves 2.5 stars which is equivalent to a .500 average on whether your order is correct.

Came on a empty Thursday night. 5 minutes till they closed. There was one car ahead of us at the drive thru, they ordered. We pulled up to the speaker, waited for them take our order. No one was answering us, they finally did and said they are closed. I’ll take my money somewhere else.

Like if you hate your job that much, you should probably get a new one. I have been hung up on multiple times. Also every drive up experience I have I’m always getting some sort of attitude back. Just makes it that much less enjoyable to get ice cream

I am writing to express my concern regarding the treatment my family and I have received when coming to your business- both through the drive thru and when we go up to the window. While we love the ice cream, we have consistently experienced disappointing interactions with your staff.

On one particular occasion, my daughter ordered a Blizzard but was served a cup of ice cream with the Blizzard contents on top. When she approached the manager to address the mistake, she was met with resistance and was repeatedly told that she had ordered incorrectly, which was not true. Regardless of the specifics of the order, we believe that no manager should argue with a customer. The customer is always right, and there should be no reason for a manager to engage in an argument with a patron, especially over a blizzard.

We hope that our feedback will be taken constructively and lead to improvements in customer service.

I was very happy with the employees that worked there, but i gave it a one-star for the food. I was very disappointed in the twist cone I received. It was like eating whipped cream. Don't get me wrong, I like whipped cream but not as a cone. The reason why it was like this is because the machine wasn't calibrated correctly in the beginning, or they ran out of mix, and when they added more mix. And then the machine when out of calibration. I know this because I worked in the food industry for 35 years.
