I was very happy with the employees that worked there, but i gave it a one-star for the food. I was very disappointed in the twist cone I received. It was like eating whipped cream. Don't get me wrong, I like whipped cream but not as a cone. The reason why it was like this is because the machine wasn't calibrated correctly in the beginning, or they ran out of mix, and when they added more mix. And then the machine when out of calibration. I know this because I worked...
Had a Marshmallow / Reese's Peanut Butter Blizzard. It was delicious. It surprised me when the girl presented it to me upside-down (thus my picture). Super-fast service with a smile.
I asked one of the wonderful women on shift to triple the amount of whatever I wanted for the blizzard. She DELIVERED!! She made that blizzard with her soul. I wish I caught her name, but she told me she liked my nails so if that rings a bell for any employee girl I love you and you deserve a raise. Hands down amazing job!
