Still the worst dunking I have ever been to. Always filthy dirty and musty. Every iced coffee I have ever had is clearly days or weeks old sour tasting. Staff is always rude and abrasive. With the price of coffee these days it’s not in reasonable to expect some sort of consistency. After giving this store 5-6 chances I will avoid it at all costs from now on.

Will not ever return here again. They sold me a Spoil drink today which has caused me to feel sick, may go to the hospital if I don’t feel better, never no warm caramel for the cappuccino blast.

Everytime I give this location a chance, it’s disappointment every single time. They can never make drinks correctly. I ask for a simple butter pecan swirl iced coffee only cream and it’s never good compared to other locations. Their coffee taste is old, I’ve worked as a barista before you can tell when you use old coffee. Which should be rotated every couple min. Anyway, Today I ordered the brown sugar shaken espresso and they didn’t put brown sugar in it.. the ingredient sticker literally said “milk, espresso”. No brown sugar. How do you mess up a featured drink off the menu?? Idk but they’re trash here. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I ordered a small pumkin spice late, decaf and a couple of donuts for my kids.
The guy working the counter charged me for a medium and did not give me decaf. The label said decaf but considering Im medically not supposed to have caffeine, I have high sensitivity to it. I 100% know I was not given decaf. Every Friday, I treat myself to a decaf coffee which I know has some level of caffeine but Im wiling to consume whatever small amount comes in decaf but today they served me caffeinated coffee. Now I have to deal with my caffeine symptoms because of someones negligence.
I know you might want to say, if you can't have caffeine, dont have coffee but I genuinely enjoy the flavor, I just unfortunately cant have caffeine.
Unfortunately, I cant trust it anymore so I cant risk going back.

The manager has the worse customer service ever. He is rude to customers and employees. It was a busy day and people were leaving because he was ignoring helping the ones in the waiting area.He does not know how to treat people right. He does not know how to manage his team during busy hours. This dunkin donuts needs to fire this unprofessional manager. People in the store were saying he is rude and always in a bad mood. He did not even apologize to the people that were there to witness the accident. Today's incident needs to be review in your store cameras. It has been the worst experience I had witnessed. I will make sure I tell all my family and friends to avoid going here.

The worker was super nice and made my coffee quickly. The inside is very clean. Bathrooms are mostly clean.
Just went to get my kids a milkshake. It cost $15 for two small milkshakes. When we got them they were not shakes at all. It was more milk than anything....waste of money.
