Absolutely terrible. We ordered food and there was a huge chunk of plastic in the burger!! There is a picture as evidence. The steak sandwich was extremely well-done and tasted like rubber, similar with the chicken sandwich. The biggest issue though is the plastic, which is why we asked for a refund. Upon asking, the manager delivered extremely rude customer service claiming it’s not fair that he has to issue a refund. There was literal plastic in the food! Absolutely do NOT eat here unless you want foreign objects in your food and poor customer service. The employees are fine but the management is terrible which overall explains the quality of this restaurant.

By far worst “Philly Cheesesteak” ever. Can’t chew steak, soggy bread from I don’t even know what, and rotten Green Peppers. I unrolled the sandwich and it smelled,literally, like vomit!!!!

I ordered from here a gyro platter. First time it was a sandwich the second time i get home and its the platter but no extra meat like i ordered and no gyro sauce when i called hot cussed out by the cook raul because i wouldn’t bring back the food for a refund im not coming in 2 x til u get my order right why should i i feel i should get a refund this has happened a few times to me i will not be coming there anymore even though food is good

Called ahead for 2 Italian beef sandwiches, juicy, plus 2 orders of fries. Fries were mixed with tiny bits and crumbles as filler, rather than all full edible fries. Italian beef dry and flavorless. Churless staff fellow at window. Never again, folks.

I'm sorry, but this place is just not good. I've given them a few chances, and it's never better than the previous visit. The food is bland, the fries are overcooked and greasy beyond belief. Their burgers are basically bread burgers, and that's no exaggeration. The "best" thing I've gotten from them is the Gyro, but I'd much rather go to Gianellis. This place needs an upgraded menu, deep cleaning inside, and a re-found passion for putting out good fast food. I will not be returning until and IF this happens.
