Our family of six was excited to try this place for breakfast after hearing great things, but unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were immediately made to feel like an inconvenience. Although the restaurant wasn’t busy, they made a big deal about seating us, and instead of showing us to our table, a staff member awkwardly gestured with her finger from across the room to signal us to come sit down. Once seated, the poor service continued. Our waiter was incredibly rude, acting as though we were a burden the entire time. When my sister asked for a refill on her hot chocolate, the response was, "They're not free refills," instead of the much more polite and customer-friendly response of informing us beforehand and asking if we'd still like a refill. When we went to pay, we left a decent tip despite the bad service. However, the hostess insisted we should leave a larger tip and gave us a nasty look when we declined. Overall, it was an extremely disappointing experience, and we will definitely not be returning.
Great service in a convenient location

I've been here a few times and after 3 attempts it's not worth any more of my time. I sat waiting for 15 minutes before my server even came by to greet me or pour coffee. During this 15 minutes I could see the 2 waitresses and host talking by the register about non work related issues. And there was only two other patrons in the lobby.

Who is giving this 5 stars??
We spent nearly $80 and were throwing it in the trash.
Chicken and waffles. You better really like chicken cause that’s the only flavor you’re getting, plain boiled chicken flavor + some salt to really bring out the notes of chicken. The waffle is a low cost food service bag mix, the “only add water” kind.
We got it take out so I won’t ding them for the texture, but given the 5 minute drive home I was surprised how mushy it was.
The biscuit and gravy was nearly ELEVEN dollars for a single biscuit and it tasted like salted milk with a hint of stale sausage. Oddly sweet? The biscuit, if not premade, is the same mix they use for the waffles and pancakes. Just a good ol nondescript carb flavor.
Husband spit the bacon out so I didn’t bother trying it. We’ve had great value brand sausage that tastes higher quality than theirs.
Old shriveled fruit and a school cafeteria grilled cheese for the kid. Yum.
We’ll just make breakfast at home if this is what counts as good around here.

Psycho hostess accuses customers of horrible things. She talks like she's always a victim. Owner makes very bad decisions. Would not recommend to anyone

Went into the restaurant at lunch today, was in the bathroom for 18 mins while my Father was sitting at the table. Got told to leave and never come back after I exited the bathroom with no explanation, was yelled at by an old man working there asking what was taking so long.

Customer trust and loyalty is easily lost and hard to get back. Hate to see communities not having restaurant options and we should definitely support local businesses. Honeybella management needs to figure out a better way to treat customers. Lying about the cost of a meal by tacking on a 3% service fee without notice was and is dishonest and deceptive business in my opinion. The employee, when I questioned, said the owner told her not to say anything and add it secretly when processing my credit card. The mediocre food and service during this visit was pretty typical, but I would have let that go and not put in a review. They were very busy so we expected it. A quick apology or a sign when paying or treating your customer poorly the way the head hostess did when I questioned would have prevented this review.

The most disgusting Nutella Strawberry crêpes I’ve ever had in my life just imagine crêpes with raw strawberries that aren’t even ripe on top and a drizzle of Nutella. Just nasty. Look at the photo.

The food and service here are outstanding. Everyone is friendly and makes you feel like part of their family. Food portions are generous and delicious. I actually wish I lived a little closer so I could go more often.
