I just tried calling at 8:05 to order chicken and nobody picked up. Granted, they close at 9 o'clock but someone could have picked up. I called three times and it just rang and rang and rang. That is not good customer service.

Standard KFC, the mac was a little dry. I did go towards the end of the day. But what made it was the great customer service. The two young gentlemen there were super friendly and polite. Best customer service I've gotten at a Kfc
Ordered dinner for pick up they forgot half our order, Chicken was so dry it was un edible. I opened the mashed potatoes and right on top there was a hair on it? Brought the whole order back and asked for the manager, the employee said they had no manager working dinner service. They refused to give us a refund. They gave us his number and he told us to call the 800 customer service number. They never called us back. We will Never eat there again

This is the second time I ordered chicken extra crispy and I got original recipe and the chicken was burnt service was so slow it took 45 mins to get my food should not have taken so long I will never come back here again
