Ordered dinner for pick up they forgot half our order, Chicken was so dry it was un edible. I opened the mashed potatoes and right on top there was a hair on it? Brought the whole order back and asked for the manager, the employee said they had no manager working dinner service. They refused to give us a refund. They gave us his number and he told us to call the 800 customer service number. They never called us back. We will Never eat there again

I go here usually when I am in Waconda. If I don’t grab a dinner for my family and I, I always grab one piece of chicken. Their food is always hot and fresh. The thing I like most though is the customer service there. Everyone’s nice, but I’ve grown very attached to one of the employees who I always have waiting on me. His name is Cole and he works the Drive Up window and, the inside register. He’s very polite and considerate and helpful. And when he graduates from high school, and goes to college we will have a new EMT in the area. Which I can guarantee with his personality and kindness he will make a fine addition to any town. So needless to say if you go to Kentucky fried chicken, make sure you say hi to Cole and if you have any questions, even if they’re in another language, he’ll try to help you. This is something I witnessed firsthand with him the other day. He took his time to work with a man and the language app on the phone to help out the customer. So go have some chicken and say hello to Cole!!!!

Today was one of those days you just didn’t want to cook and I have my nephew with me and we asked him what he would like to eat and he goes. Oh, let’s go to KFC because it’s the closest ! The little lady who attended us was awesome and very polite and professional. Also we came at a perfect time with no wait.
I placed a mobile order for rapid pickup. I arrived when the order was supposed to be ready. It hadn't even been looked at yet. It's not that I waited long; it's the principle of the thing. Why order ahead if they're just going to ignore it? The food was its usual passable quality, nothing more. But I didn't expect anything more. The mac and cheese is pretty awful. The biscuits are still good. I rarely get food from KFC; it's not worth what it costs. Just wanted to give some tired kids a treat.

Also when I person orders, two large mashed potatoes and gravy, you might not want to forget the gravy for the mashed potatoes. That will be the last time I order $75 worth of food for my family on a Friday at KFC.

GO TO BURGER KING FOR WRAPS!! Wayyyyy better, fresher and better service.KFC pre rolls their wraps so they are stale and when you ask for modifications they say yes but don’t even undo the sticker or pretend to do anything. Wound up with sauce all over my down jacket. KFC was nice enough to mail me $5 for kfc(thanks?) probably won’t be back considering I’ve discovered how much better Burger King is.
