The whole time I waited for my food. I listen to every employee complain about how much I spent on a Friday night for my family dinner. Also when I person orders, two large mashed potatoes and gravy, you might not want to forget the gravy for the mashed potatoes. That will be the last time I order $75 worth of food for my family on a Friday at KFC.

GO TO BURGER KING FOR WRAPS!! Wayyyyy better, fresher and better service.KFC pre rolls their wraps so they are stale and when you ask for modifications they say yes but don’t even undo the sticker or pretend to do anything. Wound up with sauce all over my down jacket. KFC was nice enough to mail me $5 for kfc(thanks?) probably won’t be back considering I’ve discovered how much better Burger King is.

We used the app to order ahead since we were driving that direction. App said it would be ready in less than 10 min. Perfect timing. Got there and the app said it was projected to be ready 3min minutes earlier. Great. Get inside and the order wasn't ready. 10 min later It will be 5 min longer we need to make more tenders. 5 minutes turned into a lifetime. Total wait time inside was 25 min. Funny thing is the bag said " Get the app skip the wait" and Quick pick-up

Just ordering from them is a nightmare. I've left the last three times I tried. First, no one was there for two minutes before someone answered. I mean it. Count to 120. I know it sounds dumb, but i was the only customer. After that, both times I tried ordering the nugget combo with ranch, fries, and a Mountain Dew. first time they ask me what sides I want and insist there's no drink included. I'm asking them why they got the big ass sign out front advertising the three item thing I wanted if I can't get it. left. second time tried again. right away ordered 8 piece nugs, ranch, and a Mountain Dew. they go what sauce do you want?...ranch...and your second? ...I didn't want a second, I told them what I wanted already. before I answer theyre like "barbecue?" you want "barbecue?". they can't listen but will tell you what to order lol...like it's a chef recommendation. at this point ordering three things advertised on a big ass sign was too much trouble. I just didn't wanna drive fifteen minutes to Popeyes but it's always the better option. can't believe I wasted my time for their crap service and crap chicken. no wonder no one goes there.

Don't ever get the nuggets they're a ripoff.the nuggets were slightly bigger than a quarter.Also don't get the hot wings they're also a ripoff they each were about the size of my thumb and i have small hands!!!!!

Been here multiple times. And its always something. Was even told all the had was sides. And when they do have chicken (which is what they are supposed to do right) they don't have extra crispy. Its always a roll on the dice if they are hitting on all cylinders. Roll the dice for yourself.....If im having g the crave for it i usually goto the one in wauconda now. Well run. Nice people. McHenry needs to step it up. And I really hope they do. I personally think it's more management than employees. Good luck mchenry KFC. Im sure I'll find my dice soon sometime

I used the online ordering for quick service. It was not a good choice. My food should have been ready and waiting in pick up area, it wasn't. I told the employee I was waiting for a mobile order. The only order in mobile pick up was another name, different food. Ten minutes passed none of the employees came up front or bothered to care that I was still waiting. I finally got the same employee that I spoke to previously and he tells me there is no order for me.... My bank was charged and I had a confirmation. Turns out the order sitting there was mine, the name was wrong on the receipt, the order was different but somehow I was supposed to know. All my food was cold. I had ordered pizza too, that is now cold. So mad will never get KFC again.

Horrible service provided by drive thru employee, AKA, Bree. I have never been so insulted in my life! No respect to elders! Bree was a bully, and after expressing my horrible experience to her co-worker Jose, Bree said she will never loose her job, because she’s worked with the company many years. All started at 1:52 PM, today 7/12/2023. I had placed an order through the drive thru and when I’d approached the drive thru window and gave Bree my credit card to charge for the order, I asked politely for her to repeat my order back to me. That’s when Bree, in a rude and with a disrespectful tone, told me to “PAUSE”. I right away told her that she didn’t have to speak to me in that tone, since I was a customer and I was being nice to her. She then started making childless face expressions as she kept twisting her mouth letting me know that it was an inconvenience to her m, me asking her to repeat my order. I then requested my credit card back and then requested to speak to another employee, that was at the food line, since he had helped me in the past with the same type of order. Once this employee, Jose, approached the drive thru window I explained what had happened and asked who was the manager. At all times Bree was in the background, listening to our conversation. Jose stated that they were all managers, while Bree was listening and began smirking a smile while I was explaining that I myself was a store manager once and Bree’s rudely manner can help her loose her job. That’s when she retaliated, by telling me that she will never loose her job because se had worked many years for corporation. Bree was abusive and a bully and if your corporation tolerates such behavior, I don’t want to spend my money in any of your stores and the world should know of such insensitive and offensive team you’re letting your store be lead by.
