We had the best time at Lindey's Landing! The view was spectacular and the weather was perfect!
Very expensive for what we got. Truffle fries were too garlicky. Waiter couldn't tell us what kind of fish was in the fish fry. Very loud & hard to talk. Parking is a nightmare.
Everything great. Beautiful night for sitting outside. Ser er was excellent. Waited too long for good but enjoyed it when it came!!
We always enjoy our experience at Lindy‘s Landing. It brings me back to when I was growing up on the seaside jersey shore, sitting by the water, enjoying a nice dinner.
If you enjoy a great salad variety then Lindy's is the perfect place! Every one of their salad is delicious; I've never been disappointed. My sister really enjoys their fish tacos; they looked really yummy.
Sat outside and it was a bit warm but had a great cocktail and the beet salad. It used to have more Brussel sprouts, but it is delicious. Christian was our server and was friendly, and got our orders perfect. Great place
Came June 23rd because Lindy's is one of a few good restaurants open for dinner on Mondays. Waitress let us know she was new and not totally familiar with the menu and bar. Okay fine. We ordered drinks and a custom bread appetizer. At the waitress' request, we also placed our entrée order, but I made it clear we wanted the bread with the drinks. We prefer to eat some food before the adult beverages. Drinks came. No bread. No explanation. After watching the waitress chat up some obviously familiar customers for 15+ minutes. I managed to catch her attention and asked when was the bread coming. Got a surprised "Oh, ill check on that." 5 minutes later, here comes the bread basket and the statement "They were waiting for the herb butter to soften." Our entrees followed almost immediately. Not able to enjoy the adult beverages and bread in a relaxed time before the entrees arrived. All was rushed due to lack of attention. No concerns about the food and drink. All were just as excellent as in past visits.. Issue was the below average level of service on a slow night. It may be insufficient training. Provide an experienced server to shadowthe inexperienced trainee so managers know where improvement is needed. Overall, dining experience was not satisfactory.
So the food was ok, service was adequate. what makes me upset is that i used open table to book the reservation, specifically in the inside dining area, but the hostess made us aware that it said outside on the deck. I showed her my copy of the reservation indicating it was for the inside, but to no avail. What's the point of making a registration if it will not be honored in all its specificity? I doubt we will ever return.
We had a great time Friendly staff , laid back Enjoyed Father's Day celebration with Our ARMY Veteran Dad
Service and view were great. But really disappointed in the Father's Day menu. Didn't offer a vegetarian option aside from salad. All chicken dishes were fried. Just seems like the quality we remembered from the past has dropped considerably.

Dinner on the dining deck was nice. Our waiter Patrick was friendly, efficient and attentive. He did a great job and did it with a smile on his face. The special menu was delicious also.
The food took for ever to come out of the kitchen on Father's Day. We waited for ever to receive cold food. Our server Chris as always, great and A+. We did not say anything to her about the food, I did not want to upset her. Again, this is something unusual for the spectacular food that they normally serve. We go there all the time and always been great.
The food was so good. It was our first time and we were blown away. The cheese curds dipped i the spicy sauce and the fried deviled eggs was a delicious start. My husband and son said the lobster bisque and the tortilla soup was also good. I got the steak frites. The steak was cooked perfectly and the seasoning enhanced it all. The fries and the garlic aoli sauce really tied everything together. We will be back soon consistently.
We visited this restaurant for a Father's Day celebration and were looking forward to a special evening. The food was great, and the atmosphere was enjoyable. However, our experience was overshadowed by the service. Early in the evening, the manager informed us that our food had been dropped by the waitress and that there would be a delay. We were understanding and happy to enjoy the view and our company while waiting. After our meal, we ordered dessert, but before we could finish, the manager returned, asking us to settle the bill and leave because another reservation was coming in. The delay in our meal was caused by the restaurant, yet we were rushed out before we could fully enjoy our dessert. This left a disappointing impression, as we expected a more accommodating approach given the circumstances. While the food was good, the way we were treated did not meet our expectations, especially on a day meant for celebration.
If going on a Holiday, be sure to ask about a "revised" menu. We went for Father's Day for very specific meals, and they had been "trimmed" off of the menu for that day. We were so disappointed, we left after our appetizer.
