I had an outstanding experience at Little Caesars thanks to one employee. The girl with the piercings She was incredibly friendly, efficient and professional making the entire visit smooth and enjoyable Even during rush time Employees like her are a huge asset to this location vs how it used to be. The food was okay could be a bit fresher. But ’ll definitely be coming back!

The so-called manager that goes by the name of Scott is extremely rude ignorant and should not have his job I don't know how he made it to become a manager considering the way he conducts himself in a workplace setting and how he belittles degrades and demeans his customers

This location is horrible we've given them 3-4 chances and each time they never have anything ready on time. Why have order ahead if you can't get it done? They also never have hot n ready. Waste of time

Very rude customer service, was like me calling was an inconvenience. Our pizza was wrong was told I could get a refund or have it remade. I asked it to be remade and delivered and was informed they don’t deliver after getting it from the same store not five minutes before. So we had the wrong pizza, and were lied to and treated bad.

It's a carry-out/delivery only restaurant as they all are (right?) and it's run by teenagers who run the place just as you'd expect teens to do. For fast-food pizza, the food is fine. Check your order before you/the delivery driver leaves!

Ordered two pizzas, the first was pretzel crust, we were given stuffed pretzel crust which the kids hate. Only reason we ordered at all was for the normal pretzel crust. Second pizza was Old fashioned fanceroni. Just a standard pepperoni pizza, no caramelized crust, certainly not 100 pieces of pepperoni... Ordered garlic butter sauce, they gave us buffalo ranch. Literally every item we ordered was wrong

Decided to give little Caesars pizza a try after many years. Kitchen and front counter looked dirty. Understaffed, lady at counter looked overwhelmed/stressed out. Witnessed lady at counter walk to the back of kitchen and run her hands through her hair then proceeded to start making a pizza after. New girl was doing as best as she could with little direction from person in charge. Surprised this location is open.

The quality has gone extremely downhill lately. The girl at the counter was incredibly rude and claimed that she didn't have the order-- it took showing her the order number for her to bother to actually do something about it. The pretzel crust pizza we received was abysmal: the crust was completely undercooked, and the salt was saturated on a couple of slices, making them barely edible. We've already had a couple unpleasant experiences with this location (including the situation with employees yelling at each other and quitting on the spot, as a previous reviewer mentioned). I wouldn't recommend coming to this location until management can get their act together here.
