Ordered two pizzas, the first was pretzel crust, we were given stuffed pretzel crust which the kids hate. Only reason we ordered at all was for the normal pretzel crust. Second pizza was Old fashioned fanceroni. Just a standard pepperoni pizza, no caramelized crust, certainly not 100 pieces of pepperoni... Ordered garlic butter sauce, they gave us buffalo ranch. Literally every item we ordered was wrong

Decided to give little Caesars pizza a try after many years. Kitchen and front counter looked dirty. Understaffed, lady at counter looked overwhelmed/stressed out. Witnessed lady at counter walk to the back of kitchen and run her hands through her hair then proceeded to start making a pizza after. New girl was doing as best as she could with little direction from person in charge. Surprised this location is open.

The quality has gone extremely downhill lately. The girl at the counter was incredibly rude and claimed that she didn't have the order-- it took showing her the order number for her to bother to actually do something about it. The pretzel crust pizza we received was abysmal: the crust was completely undercooked, and the salt was saturated on a couple of slices, making them barely edible. We've already had a couple unpleasant experiences with this location (including the situation with employees yelling at each other and quitting on the spot, as a previous reviewer mentioned). I wouldn't recommend coming to this location until management can get their act together here.

Won't ever be back. Something happened that involved the police because of a fight. Then the employees were yelling and cussing at each other in front of everyone. Even kids. After waiting an hour we asked to cancel it and get a refund. Employees were walking out and quitting on the spot and the people making the pizzas weren't even wearing gloves. No one addressed the situation or offered any assistance in the hour we were there. If something was preventing them from conducting business, they should have apologized. Refunded everyone and closed the doors.

Order food from this location off a food delivery service, later at night and was informed that the cook of my order licked his fingers after placing reach breadstick into our order. I will not order from this location ever again and i caution anyone thinking about ordering from here. Absolutely disgusting. The individual deserves to be fired. Be aware of this.

Order with plenty time in advance, received my order 15 minutes longer than the expected time, gave me a wrong made pizza , employee explained me they forgot to do cheese on the side, both employees arguiyng I guess miss understanding how to perform their job. Too many issues in just one visit. Very disappointed.

The wait time was unreal with 10 people waiting more than 20 minutes. Pizza orders that were done were sitting on the counter with customers having to yell back to employees to check on their orders as the food was getting cold not being boxed and given to customers to get the line down. Only kids working, no clear management running the place.

I’ve ordered from here time and time again praying for anything better than awful. Even if you pre order hours in advance they won’t start your pizza until you get there and ask if your order is ready. I have my dog in the car because I planned this in advance. Now have to drive home and back because they could not care to start my order. Will not come back. Stay away. I understand busy, that’s why I’ve given multiple attempts. However I am met with the same thing every time.
