Bought food from the truck. Portions were not what we expected. Hot dog buns were dry and crumbled. Mac and cheese, the pasta was overcooked and mushy. And the portion for $4.00 was small. Cornbread was great along with the brisket. Wish we had received more of the brisket, we got 10 small thin slices. Fries are not homemade. But we’re good and cooked well. Beans were great!

I have never had a smoked italian beef before. IT WAS SO GOOD, YOU GUYS!! and their homemade giardenara is FIRE! The whiskey BBQ sauce I got on the side, just to try, was AMAZING. I will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu!! And their lil gift shop is super cute!

So delicious my only regret was sharing my peach cobbler with father inlaw, Debbie was helpful with explaining the menu to my Italian wife who now knows what a high-quality smoke/barbecue truly is.We will definitely be back for more, Wauconda hidden treasure
This restaurant is truly a hidden gem in Wauconda. delicious, fresh food, little shopping corner where I ended up purchasing a cute necklace as well. the service was great she talked us through the menu, about the restaurant and engaged each time she checked on us during our meal. we got the angus burger, the new beef tallow fries (10/10!!!!) and the smoked mac and cheese, you would think this meal would leave you bloated and gross feeling but everything was so fresh, no greasy aftertaste or feel and felt like a good meal. we'll absolutely be back to Little Rock for more meals :-)

The food was all tasty and the service very friendly. Everyone in my family liked the burger (we all shared) and the smoked chicken. Sides Mac n cheese, green beans, Cole slaw, were all good too. I’ll be back. This place is tucked away, you would never know it’s there.
