We were on our way home after a long day and no dinner. We ordered on the app with a customisation on each item, pickup around 130am on a Monday. Everything was made exactly as we requested, and it was fresh and hot. The order was 100% correct. Thank you!

Our food was served on wrong table, someone else's food was served on our table. Employees are not really paying attention what they are doing, they need to open their eyes and look at the number. When I looked at my food it was opened and seem slike the other person took a bite out of the ice cream because the spoon was missing and there was a big hole in there.What kind of customer's safet is this, it was disgusting experience. Never want to go back that place.

Every time we order something is either wrong or missing. Only twice was our orders correct. Sometimes it's something small like sauce or straws or ice in a drink that shouldn't have it. Others it's entire nugget meals or just entirely wrong sandwiches

Update 2/18/24.I don't know what it is about this place but the last 3 times after 1AM I have tried to get food they were taking cash only and I was unable to use the app. They really need to fix this garbage. It's 2024 there is no acceptable answer for them to be unable to do business w/o using cash.This may be the slowest McDonald's I've ever encountered. Got here at 2:10 in the morning and I probably sat here for 20 minutes. No wonder I always see a line at this location at all times of the day/night. They also would not accept my app code for a buy one get one chicken sandwich.

Employees were nice. Not a fan of the app. The options & amount for the rewards program is not very good. Step it up McDonalds. The other burger place has way better options & for less. More & more people are looking for value.
My review was not a good one but I had to edit this! They have really steppes it up here and the night staff are funny and amazing! The manager is awesome! And accommodating !
