They always serve you in a bad mood, it seems they don't want to work, the guy talks silently when he tells you things you don't even understand and you have to repeat what you want more than 3 times.

The two young men that greeted us were very nice, polite and helpful. The ice cream was delicious as usual!

I was concerned about the hygiene practices I observed. The staff handled money and prepared multiple orders without washing their hands or wearing gloves, which I found unsanitary and unhygienic.

Terrible service. My kids and I used to love this place but the service is terrible. The woman behind the counter looks physically pained to be there and never smiles. We went in after a softball game and needed to use the washroom to wash hands and there was no soap. She told us the bathrooms were closed even though there was over an hour left. I asked how she washes her hands to serve the food and she told me she has soap with no offer for us to use any. This place is gross. Used to be friendly but not anymore. The only reason we stayed was because one in my party already ordered something. I will never go back here or recommend until a new owner takes over.

Terrible service compared to a couple years ago. They also shut the bathrooms down over an hour before close and refused to provide any hand soap for hand washing. Gross.

Omg if I don’t leave this review I won’t feel good the lady attending there is not kind at all, Antipatic, I wonder if she owns the business , it looks like she hates being there,
I asked her a little bit more chile and as courage she put too much on purpose , There wasn't many people, maybe for the same thing,
We definitely don't go back

I usually try to give the benefit of the doubt, but our experience today at La Julie’s Michoacana was really disappointing. First off, there was no one to greet us when we arrived, which already felt a little off. I ordered two ice creams, and the person I was with ordered a small Mangoneada with everything and a small mango with guava ice cream. Unfortunately, the order was wrong — he didn’t get what he asked for.

When he politely spoke up to let the worker know, she insisted that he didn’t say that. I had to step in and confirm what he had ordered, and instead of fixing it or apologizing, she gave us attitude and didn’t respond at all. My brother just accepted it to avoid more conflict.

As someone who works as a server in a restaurant, I understand how things can get hectic or miscommunication can happen — it’s part of the job. But even then, I always remind myself that, for the sake of the business and my own professionalism, it’s best to treat the customer with kindness and make things right. More often than not, the customer really is right — or at least deserves to be heard without attitude.

This isn’t the first time we’ve had a bad experience with the same employee, and after talking with family and others in the community, it turns out we’re not alone. Several people have had similar negative interactions. To top it off, the employee’s attire was also not appropriate for the work environment, which only added to the unprofessional vibe.

It’s really disappointing because we love supporting local spots like this one, but the consistent poor service makes it hard to want to come back.

Came to this location for the second time, this time with my in-law pregnant wife and son, we ordered a large ice cream, Dorilocos, nachos, a plain cone (our son doesn’t like ice cream but loves the crunchy cones) and dorito rancheros.
Nachos where stale, specifically asked for no queros, or col, and they decided to make them their way any way, and charged us for them! Worst experience I’ve had in a michuacana to say the least at over $30! To say the least. Hands down the worst customer service! Do not recommend this location at all the lady behind the counter has a terrible attitude and you can see it in the face!

Service went downhill. I used to love going here when owned by the Moraza’s used to own it. They never have anything in stock. Went in last night for a milkshake and they didn’t have milk so no milk shake. Went there today, no corn!! The new owner is not approachable at all and the guy is so slow to prepare anything.

I needed to give a star in order to review this place. I have NEVER comment or reviewed a place but today is the day. I've been going with my kids to this place for so long, just to support small businesses here and because is the only "mexican" michoacana around eventhou not all mochoacanas are like this awful. But today was just the top of the cherry. Every time I go in the owner or person in charge is ALWAYS crying, sick or just living miserable. I got some hot cheetos preparados with cabbage, pico de gallo, sour cream, cheese, and peanuts. The new venezuelan girl working there prepared them for me so she kept asking me what I wanted in them so I said I wanted them with everything in them but she kept asking so I didn't mind. She gave me my order by then I had already paid. I saw my hot cheetos preparados and they had very little of "everything" but tons of sour cream. So I told the girl if I could get a little bit more of peanuts so the old lady"owner/"person in charge there said oh thats extra she needs to pay more with an attitude. I would've pay more but with that nasty attitude no I rather take my business somewhere else....so I said "oh no that's okay no worries" and left. I left and started to eat them when I noticed there was soooo little cabbage and couldn't find the pico de gallo nor the rest of the ingredients.. Yes I was mad because I payed $9+tax for a small bag of cheetos with nothing in them. I called to tell the "owner" she practically told me to f off and and not a single apology or NOTHING. Never going back there again NEVER! They don't wash their hands when preparing food or nothing. The ice cream melted and soo old DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. This is does NOT represent us Mexicans in any way shape or form. And yes I need to say it she is always giving dirty looks when kids go in and over charge them. Please check your receipts too.

Service went down hill. The young male moves in slow motion and acts as if he doesn’t want to help. If they make something wrong you have to go back and forth to get what you ordered fixed. High possibility you will go in and stand with no one greeting you, they would rather have conversations laughing with friends. Multiple people walked out very unhappy.

The snacks are more or less, the atmosphere does not exist, but the worst of all is the service. The lady wanted to charge me for Valentina sauce on my skins. It doesn't bother me, the bad attitude bothers me, arriving at a business and being greeted with that hostile and apathetic face is the least one wants, especially when we were
Accustomed to the excellent attitude of the previous owner, I hope they improve.
