Order a slice of pizza, tried to eat it in my car, but the thing looked five hours old. Went back inside and left it on the counter. Unfortunate that people there don’t have the decency to throw out unsold slices after an hour or two.

I have tried this place twice now and there won’t be a third. First time I ordered their double dough pizza, it was basically 90% dough and 10% ingredients. Very thick and little to no flavor. Today I ordered their thin crust, again their crust is what double dough is at other places not a true thin crust at all. Their tomato sauce is tasteless and the cook are very heavy handed with it and light handed on the toppings. For what they charge for each topping almost $4 they need to be less stingy on the toppings. Also the crust is tasteless, just taste like eating cardboard. I eat pizza anywhere I can find it and I rarely don’t like it, this is twice now I have tried this Rosati location in 3 weeks and it has not been good.

I have been a loyal customer of Rosati’s pizza in Wauconda for 4 years. I love the pizza here but unfortunately, the customer service is so bad that I will no longer buy from here again. Today, May 12 2024, at around 8:30pm I went to get my order. When I was ready to pay, I realized that I had forgotten my coupons that I get every time I get the pizza. I had forgotten my coupons before but because the cashiers see me all the time, they let me use the coupons that come with the pizza. They even offer me the coupons without bringing my own. Today the cashier, who appears to be a young petite Hispanic lady and with all respect a little over weight(so sorry to describe her but she said she could not give me her name), was so mean and disrespectful. She not only did not give me the discount but she made me feel like if I was trying to take advantage. Like I said, I buy Rosati’s pizza at least 3 times a month and this cashier sees me all the time. This incident has happened before with the same cashier and I get it, I should bring the coupons, but her attitude was just so mean that I cannot get over it. Also, there was another Hispanic young man that came out and, also began to give me an attitude without even paying attention to what the deal was. There was another man around mid 40’s who politely suggested I called the manager tomorrow and just take screen shots of the coupons next time. Honestly I care less about the coupons, it was the attitude and the poor customer service that the young cashier and the the young man exhibit today. Sadly, I will be taking my business somewhere else.
