This is how I got pizza been a customer for years and this is the first time and it’s sad

Poorly Managed!
We placed an order for delivery from this place this past Sunday and aside from being very pricey, the place is clearly poorly managed. The order was placed at 9:00pm and was delivered at 10:20pm. And only after I called again after an hour to check if the order was still being made or being delivered. After they delivered it, we found the Rosati’s sampler we ordered only contained mushrooms and jalapeño poppers.... it was late, kids were hungry so we just left it at that. The pizza was ok in taste but a bit salty and not according to what we come to expect from a Rosati’s place. will not be ordering from this place again. I would stay away.
Try this: Pan Handler’s in Wauconda is very well priced and their pies are amazing !!!

At least you could see the cheese on their beef, if you go to Bueno beef and get cheese you can't see the cheese. Rosati's in wauconda is better

I placed an delivery it took very long to get my order and my pizza was cold by the time it got here.
Order a slice of pizza, tried to eat it in my car, but the thing looked five hours old. Went back inside and left it on the counter. Unfortunate that people there don’t have the decency to throw out unsold slices after an hour or two.

I have tried this place twice now and there won’t be a third. First time I ordered their double dough pizza, it was basically 90% dough and 10% ingredients. Very thick and little to no flavor. Today I ordered their thin crust, again their crust is what double dough is at other places not a true thin crust at all. Their tomato sauce is tasteless and the cook are very heavy handed with it and light handed on the toppings. For what they charge for each topping almost $4 they need to be less stingy on the toppings. Also the crust is tasteless, just taste like eating cardboard. I eat pizza anywhere I can find it and I rarely don’t like it, this is twice now I have tried this Rosati location in 3 weeks and it has not been good.
