I’m new to the Lake Zurich area and have been exploring local spots for a great steak — I’ve tried Lago, Lindy’s, Beelow’s, and a few others. But hands down, The Side Lot has the BEST Steak & Frites around! Perfectly cooked, seasoned beautifully, and exactly what I’ve been missing since moving from the city.
On top of that, their spirits selection and cocktail program are seriously impressive — you can tell there’s real passion and craft behind the bar. This was my first visit, but it definitely won’t be my last. A true gem in the suburbs!
