First time there today. My niece suggested that we try it out because she went to school with Phil. Food was fab! Good Manhattan. Will definitely be going back to try more of Phil's creations.
My dog and my new fav place! So pet friendly (they have dog menu!), great atmosphere, food is good and priced right. And the service is lovely too. Highly recommended and enjoy coming here.
