The restaurant has a great location on the harbor, with a big shady park across the road. There are two buildings - a walk-up and an indoor shop/deli across the street, both with outdoor seating. Customers can enjoy many unique ice cream flavors and friendly staff.

The Dockside Deli, which was known for its tasty Chicken and Tuna Salad Sandwiches, did not open this season, much to the disappointment of some customers. However, the owners, Letty and the father-daughter team, are still providing a great experience at the Dockside Ice Cream.
