Out of all Dunkins in Waukegan this store has the worst service. First of all, they never have anything you want, they take forever to service you, and don't know how to pack your food. Today, I bought 3 bagels each with hashbrowns, well they decided everything fit in one bag. Ofcourse they thought it was smart to place all the hashbrowns all the way at the bottom, thrown a bunch of ketchup packets on top, then place all the bagels on top....How stupid can you be???? Used to be a regular. Then they got new staff and it went downhill.
Usually I love this one. Best in the area. But tonight a bunch of chatty girls were working and took probably 10 minutes for me to get my order taken and then to receive my order....it was me and one other car. Then I drive up to pick up my order...and the girl didn't even know what drink I got. I had to repeat it. I then sat there for another 5 minutes...receiving my sandwich first (that never happens).
