I'm not one to complain about local/family owned businesses. I've always tried supporting my community.
But, I was unbelievably disappointed with this place. I'm a one income household, with a son. I depend solely on one credit card. After paying my bill, my credit card vanished. I was so upset. I was trying to find it and it seemed like nobody cared.
I kept insisting they looked over the bar. I requested they check their cameras , they said nobody had access other than the owners. Ok. Great. Please ask them and let me know. I left my number. Went back the following day late afternoon, I had ZERO updates. They said owners haven't been around. One of them said "they're always busy they have several businesses" ... I've been in customer service my entire life. I've also worked as a bartender and waitress, I always had a sense of urgency.
Ive spent good money there. It's sad to me that to this day, I've heard nothing.
It's not even about my card anymore, it's the principal. My not going there anymore may not make a difference, but I will share my experience. Just disappointed.

Today was my first day to visit.The customer service or the waiter was amazing. As far as taste really good. So far I tried there burger, cheese sticks and Buffalo wings. It tasted amazing plus they darts and games. I was pretty impressed. Im definitely coming back I have to try there pizza.

This is a laid back bar that not only serves PBR, but Hamm's.The people are nice. I have never eaten there, nor have I gambled, although they have slots.

Inconsistent service, Inconsistent food quality. New owners? wE hAVe gAmBLing tHo

Was very unhappy. One person ordered ice tea, they couldn’t find any sugar or sugar substitute. Another person got a very raw hamburger. I ordered the cod, I don’t know what mystery fish I got but it was not cod. A person ordered a pizza, they forgot to cook it. Will not be going back.

It's a cool place

Only the second day under the new owners and yes, the fish fry is as good as ever ( only wish they still had those potato pancakes). Thank goodness they’ve moved the slots into the room of the former (and creepy) liquor store next door. Service was great though a bit overwhelmed, and the crowd was happy. Now if they could only do something about that depressing back dinning room. No windows, no decor, and all the atmosphere of somebody’s basement. Can’t wait to return.
