Illusion Bakery Inc. is a bakery known for its delicious cakes and custom designs. Many customers have been enjoying their offerings for years, praising the excellent customer service and personalized cakes that fit specific themes. Their tres leches cakes are highly popular, often praised for being moist, flavorful, and beautifully decorated, making them a favorite for special occasions. The staff is consistently friendly and professional, providing great value for the quality of their baked goods. Customers trust Illusion Bakery for their flan and tres leches, and they often mention that buying cakes there makes events run smoothly. While some recent reviews note a decline in quality, with a dry tres leches and weak chocolate flavor in December 2023, others still highlight the great taste and impressive decorations of their cakes, including a mocha cake ordered in July. Overall, Illusion Bakery continues to be a top choice for custom cakes and sweet treats in Waukegan.
