Worst Starbucks e presence ever. I stood at the counter with two bags of coffee for almost 10 minutes and no one even acknowledged me. Finally ordered a drink and waited another long time. The samewoman handed me the drink and didn’t say a word. I know she could speak since she had to explain how to ting up my coffee bags. Shame on you!

Big shout-out to the Starbucks morning crew! They’re always so sweet and start my day off right. Even when the line is crazy, they’re patient, friendly, and always get my drink just how I like it. They make the drive-thru feel warm and welcoming every single morning. They’re honestly the reason I keep coming back.

I order a caramel Frappuccino With extra caramel that I paid for. I received my drink with just a little caramel around the cup, and a little bit of caramel on top of the whipped cream. And I told the lady that I order extra caramel and it showed on my receipt, she had got an attitude. I asked, can I get a little of caramel in a cup so I could pour into my drink she came back with the same attitude and with a the caramel that barely cover the bottle of cup then closed the window in my face. For now on I will be driving over to Grand for my Starbucks.

I had a terrible experience with this location- When I entered, there was greeting from the barista and I stood at the counter for 40 seconds without a single greeting. The barista kept talking with her co-worker. Terrible barista's. When I recieved my cortado that is $5.45- coffee was burnt and the coffee was barley frothed.

What’s the point of having a Starbucks if you guys close early all the time? Your hours aren’t consistent. It’s as if the people inside don’t want to work. If you don’t want to work then get another job. Close the cafe super early saying there’s not enough staff when there’s more than 3 people there. I’ve seen other Starbucks with 2 people and they keep it open. Starbucks, do better. Get better employees in there. Disappointing.

I think the staff at this location need to review how to make hot chocolate - the one I just ordered is barely more than hot water. Unfortunately, there is no good place to turn around nearby, when traveling north.

The way they prepare sandwiches is very very bad and it's not this time it has happened so I m writing the review but all the time. First of all they make it in so hurry even tho there is no crowd, tht it's not evenly distributed and the sauce cheese everything will be on one side and all over the sandwich bag. Meat is so stinky n it is only in the middle and rest all side we have to just eat the bread. I just have picture of turkey sandwich but the other ones which I picked and was fully messy and one side I forgot to take the picture. Their meat stink very bad.
