My mouth is watering thinking about their BURNT ENDS! Tried this BBQ Joint for the first time and it was pretty good. I loved the laid back atmosphere and even though there was a line to get served, it moved fast and efficiently. The staff checked on our table and went out of their way to bring out an additional to-go order while we were dining in.The brisket was good, but I wish it was a tad more moist. We are from WI and found Big Ed's because it was close to the hotel we stayed at. Unfortunately they we out of a few favorites but we found others and all 3 meals were outstanding.
