Denny's Restaurant offers a mix of experiences, with some highlights and some areas for improvement. Service quality varies but is often friendly and attentive, with staff like Anastacia, Nick, Ana, and Ash receiving praise for their kindness, quickness, and dedication to customer satisfaction. Guests appreciate the welcoming atmosphere created by these attentive servers, which encourages repeat visits. The food at Denny's is consistently described as delicious, with many customers enjoying the meals regardless of their cravings, including classic options like the Grand Slam.
However, service issues do exist, such as poor service experiences where the staff did not ask for a refill or discounts not being applied as expected. Additionally, prices for coffee are considered expensive. One memorable visit involved a humorous and chaotic incident with syrup, turning an ordinary breakfast into a funny story and a reminder to be cautious with toppings. Despite occasional mishaps, most reviews highlight positive interactions and the restaurant's ability to serve good food in a friendly environment. Overall, Denny's is a place where good food and friendly service can be expected, with a lively atmosphere that sometimes results in entertaining stories.
