So DELICIOUS! Just enjoyed one from the mobile truck currently parked at Waukegan Beach! They have great prices, tons of flavors to choose from and the owner, Steve, couldn’t be nicer! We will be visiting there at their location inside North Chicago train station often! Yummmm!
