Everything at this place is so ? The COFFEE IS legit the BEST COFFEE I've had. It taste like cafe de olla.
I love that always accommodate my request; I order low carb tacos and they'll gladly switch out the tortilla for cheese.
I always order their consume de Cameron, 1 tostada de Cameron de cancun y un taco de alambre.

Toluca's is in my opinion one of the restaurants with the highest quality in its dishes and cleanliness in its kitchen ? in the Waukegan area. I have enjoyed their food at the restaurant, as we have ordered to eat at the office and satisfaction has always been the end result. Excellent service, open and pleasant spaces make the dining experience a pleasure.
