The food is good , service needs to be looked or changed one lady at the cash register is not nice 😕 over charges one bread was on the floor and she charged on my account . Not good service is my opinion.

Very disappointed with the cake I ordered. The decoration was horrible, the cake was dry and they didn’t put the filling I asked for. The manager had the worst attitude about it, trying to excuse everything and not taking any responsibility for it. Never ordering cakes from here. I had been ordering my cakes for years from this place until today..

Very disappointed with the cake I ordered, the decoration was very bad, and the photo was very small, and they didn't add the filling that I asked for, the worst thing of all was the reaction of the person in charge. Looking for excuses for everything. I do not recommend this place. Before I always ordered my cakes from here but I won't order anything from them again.

I loved it, I ordered a cake and took a photo, and the cake was exactly the same, the flavor, and the filling, was delicious, and the decoration, thank you very much.

I have been a customer for years now. I always order cakes for any event here. Most recently I order one for father's day. I called and especially asked if they could draw a mustache on the cake which the lady said that she was not sure if they were able to but would put it on the notes. When I arrived they had cakes with plastic mustaches and I thought maybe they added one of these on mine. When the lady gave me mine she explained that they weren't able to draw it and I totally understood but asked if there was anyway that I could get at least a plastic one and mind you they are tiny plastic decoratios. She replied that they didn't have anymore and she couldn't give me one. This made me so upset because it shows that they don't go out their way and truly don't care about the customers.

Very unprofessional service, cash register lady is extremely rude and has bad attitude. Makes environment very hostile.

Everything looked delicious but unfortunately I didn’t get a chance to try anything, we thought they served chocolate cake but they didn’t, well at least we didn’t see any, but I do recommend you try them out, the place was very clean and everyone was smiling and friendly
