Walking into Wendy's in Waukegan, IL. on Lewis Ave. Getting in line seeing a mess on the floor....getting ready to give them Your order, find garbage on floor behind them where they make the food and then turn around and see how GROSS their dining room is kept!! �

Went to this Wendy’s tonight VERY disappointing. Our burgers were very dry and the bread seems dry as well. We usually go to the one on Delaney and that location is always good.
