Just having to wait an hour
I went here on 2 separate occasions. 1st time it was busy with a packed lobby. And the employees were definitely overwhelmed and kept messing up orders. I ended up leaving because people were complaining they have been there for almost an hour. The 2nd time I sat in an empty lobby for over 10 minutes wasn’t greeted. Wasn’t told “we will be right with you” nothing. So I left again.
